Cancellations can be made within 12 hours without charge, 50% charge if cancelled between 5 and 12 hours and there will be a 100% charge within 5 hours. Reservations made same day charged upfront or the hourly minimum.
We track all incoming flights using the Flightview/Flightaware app. It is the responsibility of the client to inform our office of any possible delays that will result in missed connections prior to take off from the originating city.
We will attempt to reschedule services due to flight delays, cancellations, or diverted flights.
It is important that clients check their phones for contact from their chauffeur as soon as possible after landing. If a client cannot locate their chauffeur it is their responsibility to call the office for further instructions. All clients leaving the airport by other means may be charged in full.
Denver International and Colorado Springs Airport pick-up rates include 30 minutes of wait time for domestic flights and 50 minutes for international flights after gating. Clients will be charged $25. for every 15 minutes of additional waiting time. Excessive wait time converts the booking to the hourly rate of the vehicle booked. We utilize the Flightview app to track flight times. "Your satisfaction is guaranteed or you don't pay" offer only applies to transfers less than $150. of services rendered. Any discount offers are for first time customers and only applies to airport pickups and drop offs.
